When most of us start thinking about weight loss, it can often trigger our old friend, "sabotage" to start putting road blocks in our way.  So, one way to stay the course when you start your weight loss plan is to practice accountability by preparing yourself and your kitchen ahead of time.  Remember, the 60 Day Weight Loss Program is not focused on starving yourself or putting yourself on an unreasonable diet that you won't abide by.  It's about eating sensibly with 4-5 mini meals daily, drinking plenty of water, exercising and setting your weight loss goals every 60 days until you have achieved your desired weight.

Greetings!

I'm Nicola Jackson, founder of the 60-Day Weight Loss Challenge.  I'm excited that you are taking the steps to lose weight and get healthier!  My passion is to provide others with the tools, resources and knowledge to lose weight if needed, make healthier eating choices and understand the importance of drinking purified water for the purpose of flushing the body of toxins that over time can cause disease.

Today, in the United States alone obesity has grown to epidemic proportions and our children have been overwhelmingly impacted.  We are consuming more and more chemically processed foods, drinking less water and are lacking the proper nutrition that will help our bodies fight illness and disease.  I say it's time to wake up and pay attention to what is shortening our lives and stilling our joy.  It's time to take responsibility by getting in shape, losing the unwanted pounds and choosing to eat super foods that assist us in living a healthier lifestyle!
