Everyone has a WHY when it comes to weight loss and their health. My personal WHY is my PURPOSE. I know that my purpose in life if to TEACH. As a teacher, I motivate and encourage others to be their best. Therefore, I must be at my best so I can lead by example. My HEALTH and WEALTH are important factors that I have control over and so do you! Either I can sit at home and complain about my body and my pockets OR I can get up and take action! LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION!
So I am asking you...WHAT IS YOUR "WHY"? And what steps will you take to reach your goals?
