Hi, keep in mind that the program is to encourage and motivate those seeking to loose weight, so you can start your club at any time . If your club starts in the middle of the challenge timeframe, just make your club members aware of that and they have a choice of whether they would like to enter the challenge still or just come to your weekly meetings to get started on the real issue: weight loss.
